Very nice, I love the sunflowers, they don't have many of them here.

We haven't seen Lacota or Angel lately. Lacota got torn up by coyotes and has had to stay home for a month. With the dog count down the chickens have been allowed out of the cage, and they are eating lots of grasshoppers. Bonnie has become a good watch dog and she lets us know when strange dogs, cats or cows are in the yard. The wildflowers make up for the things that cannot grow here. Just as my corn, tomatoes, cucumbers etc are ready to bear we have had frost. I have maintained a covering schedule but, the end of the garden is near. The sunflowers were planted by the birds..

Terry, Things still look pretty green there. Grmps told me you have been getting rain pretty regularly. Is that unusual?

Glad the canine neighbors can still come for a visit.

Any eggs yet or are you still in the juvenile stages? Foster will get you some tips on how to get the girls to start thinking about giving some eggs for the kitchen. Hint: Has to do with a light bulb.
